Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with All Valley Mobile Detailing, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide mobile detailing and pressure washing services at your specified location.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to be on time for all appointments. If we are running late due to traffic or weather, we will notify you as soon as possible. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please let us know immediately so we can address it. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues.

5. Liability

While we take extreme care with your vehicle and property, All Valley Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint chips, oxidized clear coat, or loose trim. We will document and inform you of any pre-existing conditions we find before starting our work.

6. Service Area

We serve the Central Treasure Valley area. Locations outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
